Raffle Details:
- $10 per ticket
- Drawing on July 18 (winner does not need to be present)
- All proceeds benefit Slate Valley Trails trail maintenance program and youth programming initiatives
Prize Details:
- 3-minute walk to the beach and fitness trail
- Access to pool, tennis, paddleball, kayaks/canoes, fishing, and bike rentals
- Condo sleeps up to 6 guests
- $300 travel stipend included
- Total prize value: $3,300
- Winner responsible for travel arrangements (flight and car rental not included)
- Stay must be scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon week before December 2027
